Directly lead a team of Account Managers to achieve and surpass dollar renewal rate targets
Drive successful customer outcomes by increasing renewal rates and reducing churn
Recruit and develop top talent for the team
Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute growth strategies
Education
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or client success
High aptitude and willingness to learn
Proven experience operationalizing the customer journey
