Director of Account Management
AlphaSense is seeking a data-driven Director of Account Management to lead the expansion of our Account Management Team. The ideal candidate will have robust leadership and management skills to achieve and surpass dollar renewal rates while expanding relationships within accounts.
Skills
- Proven track record of managing a team and developing talent
- Experience building direct client relationships at a senior level
- Strong communication and data analysis skills
- Change management expertise
- Effective time management and task prioritization
Responsibilities
- Directly lead a team of Account Managers to achieve and surpass dollar renewal rate targets
- Drive successful customer outcomes by increasing renewal rates and reducing churn
- Recruit and develop top talent for the team
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute growth strategies
Education
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, account management, or client success
- High aptitude and willingness to learn
- Proven experience operationalizing the customer journey
