We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team, focusing on Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, and HubSpot to support our growing base of small nonprofit clients.

In this role, you’ll help us optimize digital strategies by implementing, managing, and analyzing tracking systems, marketing campaigns, and CRM tools. You’ll play a key role in leveraging data to deliver actionable insights and improve digital performance for our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4):

  • Set up and maintain GA4 accounts for websites and apps.

  • Configure custom events, conversions, and audiences aligned with business objectives.

  • Analyze website and app user behavior using GA4 reports and dashboards.

  • Generate insights and recommendations to optimize user experience and marketing campaigns.

  • Stay updated on the latest GA4 features and best practices.

Google Tag Manager (GTM):

  • Implement and manage GTM to ensure proper data collection and tracking.

  • Debug and troubleshoot GTM implementations to ensure accuracy.

  • Collaborate with development teams to implement advanced tagging solutions.

Google Ads:

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversion.

HubSpot:

  • Manage HubSpot CRM to ensure seamless tracking of customer interactions.

  • Develop automated workflows and lead nurturing campaigns in HubSpot.

  • Track and report on email marketing, lead generation, and campaign performance.

Cross-Platform Analytics:

  • Create unified dashboards and reports to track performance across GA4, Google Ads, and HubSpot.

  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to leverage insights for strategy.

What Makes a Strong Candidate?

Requirements:

  • Based in the Philippines with availability for a long-term position.

  • Proven experience with Google Analytics 4 (2+ years).

  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for implementing and managing tracking systems.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign optimization.

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.

  • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Educational background in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related fields.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio).

  • Knowledge of SQL for advanced data analysis.

  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Understanding of web accessibility and responsive web design principles.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a work-from-home setup. 

Choose one of the following options:

  • US EST hours (8 AM – 5 PM EST) with higher monthly pay.

  • Split shift (8 AM – 1 PM EST and 9 PM – 1 AM EST).

  • Mid-shift (3:30 AM – 12:30 PM EST).

Compensation & Benefits

Wages

  • Hourly compensation is in $USD

  • We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills

  • Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own

  • Target 42.5 billable hours per week

  • Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings

Paid vacation time

  • 20 days accrued annually

  • These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.

  • Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.

Paid sick time

  • 5 sick days off annually

Paid life leave*

  • 15 days accrued annually.

  • Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time.
