The student will show passion in meeting guest needs. The student will show exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Work authorization for the location is required.Responsibilities• We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service!• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.• Offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.• The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required.• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays• Utilize the resort's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.• utiles include greeting & seating guests, answering phones, directing guests to bar, lounge or restrooms and maintaining the flow of service throughout the dining room.Internship Qualifications and Skills• Pursuing an undergraduate degree, or a recent graduate from a University.• Studying in the Hospitality, Business, or other related field highly preferred.• Must be available minimum Dec-March• The intern is expected to display passion in all they do, and have an eager drive to fulfill a career in the Hospitality sector.• Prior Hospitality experience preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidateAdditional Internship Responsibilities• Attend bi monthly Intern Meetings.• Attend assigned Management meetings.• Job Shadow in other departments, in order to get a larger scope of the Hospitality operation.• Explore Jackson Hole and have the opportunity to build relationships with our staff, as well as other interns.• Emerge in the Four Seasons culture by attending special events such as Town Hall, Service Awards, Holiday Parties, and more!Benefits!• Discounted housing available• Employee Travel Program!• Medical, dental and vision insurance for you and your family• 5 Weeks PTO• Retail, spa and F&B discounts• Free Employee Cafeteria meals• Free uniform dry cleaning• Discounted/transferable ski passes• Free ski storageWe look forward to receiving your application!Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
