Write the next chapter of your career in an authentic Palm Beach paradise.The Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is looking for a Resort Assistant Manager to join our exciting Rooms team.This is a great opportunity for a candidate that has a minimum of 12 months of supervisory or assistant management level experience within a luxury hotel setting. The ideal candidate will have multiple divisional experience but not required. The candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills to lead a team and provide an exceptional guest experience. The candidate must be passionate and goal driven with a desire to work towards a department head role. The role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills and adaptability. A genuine passion for excellence and continuously setting the bar high in all areas of the resort is a must for this position.This position reports to our Front Desk Manager.
