Treasure Data is recruiting a sales finance business partner to join our strong FP&A team. In this role, you will partner directly with our Chief Business Officer (CBO), Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), regional Vice President of Sales, and other key stakeholders across the company in meeting our bookings and revenue targets. You will collaborate with finance and sales business leaders across the globe (North America, Japan, and EMEA) to develop our annual sales plan, manage and own regional sales budgets, and report on KPIs including bookings, quota-carrying reps, attainment, and commissions. This is a high visibility role and will report directly to the Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations. Given the geographic diversity of our sales team, this position is expected to accommodate the timing needs of our regional sales leaders.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience of working with fast growing sales organizations associated with a SaaS business model. Additionally, they will bring exceptional analytical skills, strong communications skills, a keen attention to details, proactive in meeting the needs of the various sales leaders, and bias toward action.
Position is located in Mountain View, CA but open to a remote candidate in the PST, MST or CST time zones
