As we scale rapidly, we’re building out our eCommerce and optimization team and are looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Shopify Plus-powered website.
In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of our website’s daily operations, ensuring it runs smoothly across international markets. You’ll manage content updates, handle third-party apps like ReCharge for subscriptions, and ensure pricing and tax parity across regions. You’ll also work closely with our CRO team to support testing and optimizations that enhance performance.

Responsibilities
Shopify Plus & Ecosystem Management
- Manage the daily operations of our Shopify Plus site, ensuring seamless functionality across all regions.
- Oversee and maintain third-party app integrations, including ReCharge for subscriptions, reviews tools, and other Shopify ecosystem apps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues related to the website, apps, or platform functionality.
International Markets & Localization
- Ensure pricing and tax parity across international markets, accounting for local regulations, taxes, and exchange rates.
- Manage checkout localization and ensure content is adapted to meet the needs of different regions.
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with global tax and shipping rules.
Content Management & Updates
- Lead content updates for product launches, promotional campaigns, and other site-wide changes.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure all product listings, descriptions, and imagery are accurate and aligned with campaigns.
- Ensure content is localized where needed and optimized for conversion across all markets.
Subscription Management
- Oversee the management and optimization of the ReCharge platform for subscriptions, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Monitor subscription performance, troubleshoot issues, and work to improve retention and customer experience.
Supporting CRO & Testing Initiatives
- Work closely with the CRO team to implement A/B tests and website experiments.
- Ensure operational elements of tests, such as page variations and content changes, are executed accurately and without disruption.
- Collaborate with development to troubleshoot any issues during testing phases.
Operational Efficiency & Fraud Monitoring
- Maintain the operational health of the site, including uptime monitoring, page load speeds, and overall site performance.
- Monitor fraud detection and chargeback processes, ensuring risks are minimized and disputes are handled efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational workflows and improve the day-to-day efficiency of website management.
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations, preferably with Shopify Plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem, including app integrations (e.g., ReCharge for subscriptions, review tools, and other third-party apps).
- Experience managing international eCommerce operations, including handling pricing parity, tax compliance, and localized checkout experiences.
- Proven ability to manage content updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting CRO initiatives, including the implementation of A/B tests and optimizations.
- Familiarity with subscription management platforms (preferably ReCharge) and experience improving subscription retention and performance.
- Strong technical proficiency in website troubleshooting and app management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-focused environment, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and solving problems.
