POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Manager is responsible for the management of the workflow of multiple programs, processes, and activities within Account Management. The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of multiple programs by optimizing daily activities and performance of the business. The Program Manager will be tasked with assisting in the development of programs to support the department's direction, as well as creating and managing long-term processes from inception to completion.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the department
- Maintain and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
- Serve as the point of contact for all Account Management process rollouts
- Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status, implementation, and goals
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
- Partner with Analyst team to review, execute, and improve exception reporting
- Provide expertise and facilitation on organizational systems
- Guide teams in new process rollout and communication
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the solar industry

- The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Confidence, drive, enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility
- Strategic leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent complex multi-functional project and people management skills
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational, and prioritization skills
