Quality & Estimate Specialist

• Review electrical escalations
• Define a point of interconnection for PV and battery installations.
• Coordinate with various departments for project resolutions.
• Understand company and department goals and KPIs. Ensure workstreams are aligned.
• Provide feedback to management and other departments regarding processes, tools, and best practices
• With minimal oversight, utilize knowledgebases and other tools to perform project coordination functions while always looking for areas to improve
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED equivalent 

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Solar preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical or general construction preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience of solar design

• Must be proficient at multitasking
• Must possess high attention to detail
• Possess strong organizational skills and capable of making decisions without constant supervision
• Ability to read and interpret job orders as well as understand solar specifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to changes
• Excellent organizational skills required

• Possess above average working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite; experience in operational CRM and ERP systems is a plus 

• Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers 
• Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly 
• Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects 
• Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away 
• Regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand 
• Regularly understand the speech of another person 
• Frequently work in on projects that require deadlines 
• Occasionally lift 5-15 pounds
