This role is a hybrid position with a partial commute into our New York office and/or the FreedomCare hub closest to you.
Position Overview:
The Senior Communications Specialist II is a seasoned, experienced professional with a full depth and breadth of communication. This individual will be pivotal in keeping FreedomCare engaged and aware of news and updates, to enhance our communication practices and move business goals forward, overseeing a range of tasks including, but not limited to, the creation, distribution, tracking, and documenting of company-wide communications internally and externally with direction from the Business Leader.
This role must have a strong capability for framing messages, while incorporating our core values and mission through company communication. This independent contributor will be accountable for brand development with evolving business need, in addition to building out a communications strategy for change management and consistency across the organization.

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
