Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Success Associate at Freeport-McMoRan, based in San Jose, California, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers in a remote setting. Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities
- Assist in creating and implementing strategic plans to improve overall customer success metrics
- Regularly provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions to drive product improvements
- Utilize analytical skills to track customer success metrics and provide insights to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient and confident personality traits
- Ability to think strategically and implement effective plans
- Experience in customer service or account management
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of strategic planning and cooperation skills
- Flexibility to work remotely and engage with customers in various time zones
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or events
