Overview

Our Customer Service team members are passionate about bringing our products to life for our customers and resolving any issues they may have. Our Customer Service team members play a critical role in creating this world-class experience by answering inbound customer service calls from our customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of having the customer feeling "delighted"
• Increase average order size using effective-cross selling techniques
• Analyze customer situations and determine which department the customer needs to speak with in order to serve them best
• Accurately place telephone orders
• Work independently and professionally

Qualifications

• Proficient in keyboarding and computer skills
• Able to analyze problems
• Able to work under stress
• Able to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
• Able to handle confidential information
• Able to type 30+ WPM
