Freshworks is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing sales organization. As an Account Executive in our Mid-Market segment, you'll play an essential role in expanding our footprint and driving business growth through our Employee Experience (EX) solutions. Your focus will be on delivering tailored solutions, nurturing relationships with buying teams, and managing moderate-length sales cycles with empathy and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is based in the Boston Metro Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Compensation Package
$92,700 - $133,000 Base Salary. This role is also eligible for variable compensation.
Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence 3x/ week (Tues-Thur).
