Job Description

As a Senior Associate, Channel Sales for LATAM, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Freshworks' Channel Partnerships program in Mexico. Your focus will be on recruiting, managing, and accelerating the growth of our strategic channel partners. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive channel strategy, developing incentive models, and creating programs that attract and retain high-impact partners. Your role will be integral in defining effective collaboration frameworks to optimize revenue growth and performance through our channel partners. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit and oversee key partner relationships, setting clear goals and targets. Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment and progress. 
  • Develop and implement business plans with target partners, focusing on pipeline development, revenue growth, and partner certifications.
  • Support joint business development planning with partners to establish mutual performance objectives and critical milestones. 
  • Manage enterprise agreement negotiations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes. 
  • Create and execute strategies to drive incremental revenue, particularly for Freshworks' Customer Experience, CRM, and Employee Experience portfolios. 
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders at strategic partner organizations. 
  • Design and support incentive models that motivate and reward strategic partners. 
  • Foster a trust-based alliance model that supports mutual business growth and strengthens partnerships
  • Employ a sales-driven approach with technical expertise to achieve revenue targets, enhance partner performance, and drive demand generation and enablement activities. 
  • Provide white-glove training on Freshworks solutions, focusing on key verticals to ensure partner readiness and performance 
  • Oversee the activation of Marketing Development Fund (MDF) campaigns, integrating with demand generation and partner engagement efforts 
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of partners, focusing on customer transformation and optimization using Freshworks solutions. 

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills in both languages
  • Strong network within the Enterprise channel in Mexico, with a proven track record of managing and growing channel partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, particularly within the LATAM region
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex enterprise agreements and manage key partner relationships effectively 
  • Deep understanding of Customer Experience, CRM, and Employee Experience solutions
  • Strong ability to drive demand generation and partner enablement initiatives with a focus on achieving revenue targets
  • Experience in developing and executing effective incentive models and partnership programs

Additional Information

The annual OTE (base + variable) for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 USD

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
