Position Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative support within our organization. The position will perform a variety of front desk duties including greeting and welcoming guests, coordinating employee activities, handling a variety of administrative functions, redirecting phone calls, supporting accounts payable functions, and creating and distributing communication materials.
Experience:
· Prior administrative or entry level accounting experience or similar role is preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel. Ability to learn new data software systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher preferred.
· Hands-on experience with office equipment
· Professional approach
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
· Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
· 18+ Years of Age
Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
