Front Desk Receptionist

We are particularly seeking evening and weekend help

Job Summary:

Ensures the best possible member and guest satisfaction through a welcoming friendly and positive manner; accurately manages point-of-sale transactions; and responds to member and guest inquiries in person and via phone. Communicates and works well with others.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while providing an excellent and efficient customer service experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and engaging members and guests
• Address member concerns in a professional manner
• Balance cash drawer accurately after each shift
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly, polite, and diplomatic manner
• Promptly and accurately direct all telephone inquiries
• Learn and maintain a working knowledge of JCC departments and procedures
• All other duties as assigned

• Timely and Reliable
• Excellent in-person and over-the-phone communication and customer service skills
• Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
• Professionalism in all areas
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated
• Basic computer skills

The JCC is located at 3600 Dutchmans Lane, on TARC routes 23 and 40x.
