RE/MAX Town & Country is looking for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

Duties:

• Greet and check-in guests for room reservations.
• Provide information about the hotel and answer any questions about our properties.
• Answer guest questions about check-ins and check-outs as needed.
• Collect all required payment deposits for each guest, including those from bookings checks, credit cards, or reservation forms.
• Resolve any guest complaints or complaints about facilities, services, or staff.
• Keep all required records of guests, including their requests for refunds or cancellations of reservations.
• Keep all required records of reservations, such as the time of arrival of guests, the nature of the visit, and any special requests.
• Open and close the hotel.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position at a hotel or other hospitality facility. Knowledge of hotel accounting systems preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
