Aqua-Tots is a corporation that started in Arizona and grew to over 100 locations worldwide. Aqua-Tots Front Desk Associates learn to be heroes! At Aqua-Tots Swim Schools, we believe swimming creates opportunities for kids, parents, and families both in and out of the water. We are excited to be bringing on motivated and passionate individuals that can provide excellent customer service to our Tot’s families.

Job Description:

• Provide an exceptional Aqua-Tots experience from the first point of contact and throughout a family's entire journey.

• Build trust and sense of community/family, help parents understand importance of lessons and the process we use, and connect them to our belief that swimming creates opportunities.

• Maintain appearance of lobby and changing room area

• Attend staff meetings and regular in-service training

• Uphold our Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values
