Front Office Assistant (Kelly Smile)

Kelly Smile Dentistry is seeking a full-time Front Office Assistant to join our front office team. We’re looking for someone with great customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities

Establish and maintain trust with patients
Serve as liaison between doctors, patients, and insurance companies
Explain treatment options and their benefits, answer questions, and address concerns
Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA requirements
Assist the front office with other daily tasks as needed
