Studio Coordinator
Job description
The Studio Coordinator is the administrative focal point for the School of Rock, with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to juggle many tasks. Reporting to and assisting the General Manager, they help run the school and create a fantastic experience for students, parents, and prospective customers.
Studio Coordinator Schedule
Monday to Thursday, 2 pm to 9 pm
Saturday / Sunday, depending on the schedule

Two years + of working Front Desk/Reception and/or Customer Service experience
Looking to grow with our school, long-term job expectations essential
Computer knowledge a must (Mac operating system helpful) (We use a lot of Macs)
Good verbal and written communication skills
A welcoming, outgoing demeanor and professional appearance essential
Ability to work with Google Docs & Sheets
Must pass background screening before training
Knowledge of social media helpful
Good team player who collaborates well
Experience working with young people is a plus
Interest in music or related arts helpful
CPR & First Aid or with in 90 days of hire
