We’re numbers-driven performance marketers who focus on our B2B clients’ pipeline revenue and bottom-line value. We specialize in building and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys.
The B2B team in Bratislava is looking for a Consultative Sales Specialist. The goal is to help expand our B2B cross-sales initiatives across various divisions, especially in the US. How would you spend your time if you join us?
As a Consultative Sales Specialist, you will lead the expansion of our B2B services, identifying opportunities within other divisions, particularly in the US. You'll be responsible for shaping our service offering, managing marketing strategy workshops, and ensuring the effective rollout of new best practices. This role will involve close collaboration with US-based colleagues and clients, focusing on building and expanding cross-sales processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and engage with potential B2B clients, especially in the US, to drive cross-sales.
- Define and refine our B2B service offerings tailored to different business needs.
- Manage and support B2B marketing strategy workshops.
- Collaborate with SMEs to ensure the roll-out of new channel best practices, facilitating outreach and client workshops.
- Develop and oversee client onboarding funnels (audits, traffic concepts).
- Work closely with US colleagues to identify opportunities and train them in B2B sales processes.
TIMELINE & LOCATION:
First 6 months: Working from Bratislava to plan time in NYC.
- Getting acquinted with the company, our processes and how we work.
- Establishing the business development relationship with the relevant colleagues in the US from the sales and business development, as well as client lead functions.
- Identifying all to-dos to ensure a successful collaboration (identifying key client and process objectives, establishing with whom and how you will work).
- Set specific objectives and key results to assess if the NYC initiative is on track. These should be centred around:
- Collaboratively establishing solid working practices with relevant colleagues in the US to help build and sell our B2B offering.
- Integrating B2B services in the cross-selling process.
- Identifying relevant opportunities and teaching US colleagues.
- Starting operations for B2B collaborations with US clients.
Next 3 months: Relocation to New York City to work hands-on with the US team, focusing on the development and execution of B2B strategies. You will work towards specific planned goals for the NYC stay.
Following months: You will continue working principally from Bratislava but spending approx. 2 weeks per quarter in other Front Row offices (Hamburg, NYC, San Diego) to continuously improve B2B cross sales process and ensure effective management of projects across locations. Simultaneously, you will work on all other components of job description.
KEY OUTCOMES:
- 20-30% of the B2B sales pipeline managed by you, including workshops, audits, and cross-sales.
- Establish a process for the effective roll-out of new initiatives across the B2B team.
- Grow cross-sales revenue from US clients.
- Serve as the point of contact for US-based B2B clients.
Who Are You?
- You speak fluent English (minimum C1).
- You have proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or a similar client-focused role within professional services. Experience in a digital marketing agency would be a plus.
- You have a strong understanding of digital B2B marketing strategies and processes.
- You can showcase the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
- You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You excel in building relationships, understanding customer pain points, and offering personalized advice or solutions.
- You have a down to earth personality – we don’t take ourselves too seriously and like to have fun & joy at what we do.
- You are super curious & have a drive to be good at what you do and constantly looking to improve and learn.
- You are an analytical, contextual & critical thinker.
- You thrive in an upbeat, deadline-driven and fast-growing environment and don’t mind working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are willing to travel and relocate short-term, including time spent working in NYC and other global offices.

- Starting base salary in the range of 3000-3500 EUR gross per month (* the final salary offered will be based on the candidate's experience) + variable pay (up to 100% of the base salary - measured against specific targets and goals)
