About our Ecommerce Management Team

We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.

Our Consulting team is currently looking for a motivated Senior Amazon / Marketplace Account Manager (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

How would you spend your time if you join us?

  • You will lead the strategic management and operational oversight of multiple high-value Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring exceptional performance and growth across all key metrics
  • You will serve as the primary relationship manager for top-tier brands and clients, driving strategic communication, aligning on expectations, and fostering long-term partnerships
  • You will develop and implement advanced strategies to achieve business objectives within Amazon Seller Central, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
  • You will spearhead cross-functional initiatives, including Amazon SEO, product data and content optimization, marketing strategies, and paid media campaigns, providing leadership and direction to both internal teams and clients
  • You will stay at the forefront of industry trends and innovations within Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to enhance client performance and drive sales growth

Who Are You?

  • You are a problem-solving individual, an executor, eager to learn and expand your own knowledge daily
  • You have accumulated over 2 years of professional experience and expertise in Amazon Seller Central management, with additional marketplace experience being a plus
  • You are highly analytical, quality-oriented, and possess conceptual strength
  • You demonstrate self-initiative and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • You thrive on taking ownership and are passionate about assuming full responsibility for your projects, driving them to success with accountability and dedication.
  • You make decisions with an entrepreneurial mindset, prioritizing tasks based on their outcome and impact on the brand's goals and overall success. You always keep the bigger picture in mind when navigating challenges.
  • You take responsibility for your projects, demonstrate commitment, and are highly customer-oriented while eagerly seeking solutions
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in German is a plus
