The opportunity

Solstice Consulting, LLC dba Kin + Carta (Chicago, IL) seeks Full Stack Engineer as follows:

Job Duties:

Develop enterprise mobile web and native iOS, Android, and Windows Phone mobile applications. Work with patterns, frameworks, and databases. Gain technical knowledge of software, hardware and open-source technology stacks. Partner with designers to create user experiences. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system. Confer with data processing or project managers to obtain information on limitations or capabilities for data processing projects. Mentor less experienced engineers to foster their career path and growth.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Applied Computer Science, and three (3) years of work experience developing enterprise mobile web or native iOS, Android, and Windows Phone mobile applications.
  Or, alternatively, Master’s Degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Applied Computer Science, and one (1) year of work experience developing enterprise mobile web or native iOS, Android, and Windows Phone mobile applications.
• Twelve (12) months of experience developing front-end enterprise applications using.Net Framework, Bootstrap CSS and knockout.js.
• Twelve (12) months of experience implementing logging functionality using Log4Net, user authentication, and single sign on features with the help of SiteMinder (third party plugin).
• Twelve (12) months of experience working with Github and Jenkins to automate builds and deployment of full stack applications.
• Twelve (12) months of experience designing and building applications for iOS platforms.
• Twelve (12) months of experience with Computer Interaction user experience and design

Worksite & Travel: May work in various unanticipated locations in the United States. Telecommuting is permitted.
