Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct warm calls to potential leads sourced from advertisement-generated lists, introducing the company's products or services.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s offerings, able to clearly articulate value propositions that resonate with potential clients.
• Schedule meetings or follow-up calls with qualified leads for the sales team or account executives.
• Meet or exceed call volume targets and lead conversion goals on a weekly or monthly basis, optimizing outreach efforts based on performance feedback.
• Work independently with a self-driven attitude to meet sales targets, understanding that compensation is commission-based.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as an SDR or in telemarketing, with a focus on warm calling.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English (additional languages are a plus).
• Able to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
• Availability to make calls during peak hours based on the target market's timezone.

Employment Type: Independent Contractor

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (Philippines Time)

Salary: $800 - $1200 / per month
