At Fundraise Up, we are reimagining the fundraising platform for non-profit organizations. We are looking for a SaaS leader to join our Customer Success team and lead SMB accounts.
Skills
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Non-profits
- Strong management and hiring skills
- CRM and data integration knowledge
Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Success team for SMB accounts
- Develop workflows and KPIs for customer engagement
- Oversee account management through customer lifecycle
- Drive team success through effective KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction
