Operations Fulfillment Coordinator - 1st Shift (Buckeye Only Internal)

Operations Fulfillment Coordinator

The Operations Fulfillment Planner is responsible for timely and strategic waving of orders. This position will plan orders to capacity in multiple paths, and to carrier pick up dates, customer requirements, and will provide regular reporting on KPIs.

Position to be located at:

Buckeye, AZ

Position reports to: Operations Fulfillment Supervisor

What You’ll Do

Identify the correct processing path for waving orders to operations, considering shipping cutoffs by carriers, processing time, and due dates
Prepare hourly and daily reports measuring KPIs to leadership
Utilize existing reports to wave orders through the Innovations Lab
Partner with Operations on replen required to fulfill upcoming work
Identify issues preventing picking and waving of any order demand
Ad hoc data entry and reporting as required
Facilitate requests and funnel to the appropriate focals
Flex as needed to other areas and departments
Plan SLA date closure and raise escalations as needed
Maintain internal trackers and update statuses for unwaved demand
Ensure timely flow of assembly and VAS activities
Deliver orders to Operations based on waved strategy
Additional duties as assigned
May require modified schedule for early start

Must be a positive, enthusiastic, results-oriented individual able to work collaboratively
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and NAV
Flexibility to support a multi-shift operation
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency required to work in a fast-paced environment
Initiative to work with minimal instruction or direction
Possess strong organizational and problem solving skills
Working knowledge of routine and non-routine packing procedures, techniques, and basic warehouse processes
Must have good attendance with less than 5 points

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; use hands to manipulate keyboard.
