Funko is a purveyor of pop culture, making and selling license-focused collectibles. We are based in Everett, WA where we have a store that delights kids of all ages (kids at heart included). We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters—one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl has millions of fans around the world.
The Order Fulfillment Analyst manages the order fulfillment process including seamless flow of executable orders to the DC, key point of contact between the Customer Service team and the DC, oversight of backlog management and allocations of inventory process as well as adherence of order execution based on the customer’s standards.

Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $24.23 - 30.29 hourly. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

At Funko, we believe that stories matter, which is why our mission is to bring iconic characters to life. As an Order Fulfillment Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the order fulfillment process, ensuring that executable orders flow seamlessly to our distribution center. You’ll serve as the primary contact between the Customer Service team and the distribution center, overseeing inventory allocation and backlog management while adhering to customer standards. Your responsibilities will include near-term resource planning to facilitate timely order processing, navigating and resolving critical issues as they arise, and providing essential updates on order readiness. With your strong analytical and organizational skills, you’ll make sure our multi-faceted order processing tasks, like prioritizing product allocations, run smoothly. We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in retail distribution, especially in fast-paced, high-SKU environments—experience with companies like Walmart, Target, or Amazon would be a bonus! If you’re skilled in large-scale ERP systems (Oracle is preferred), have a solid grasp of automated warehouse management systems, and possess a strong passion for learning, we want you on our team. You’ll need excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks while working with minimal supervision.
