We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our team. The chosen candidate will drive sales, build relationships with both new and existing clients, and meet sales targets in the competitive software market.
Generate new logo revenue from a target account list and/or territory of small to mid-market accounts.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within your designated territory.
Develop and manage an active pipeline of prospective customers through outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social media, as well as inbound inquiries, networking, referrals, events, and partners.
Meet sales quotas as assigned by the leadership team and VP of Sales.
A minimum of 2 years of software sales experience.
Excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to build relationships within our ideal customer profiles, including the VP of Sales, VP of Partnerships and VP of Marketing.
Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
A proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
Ability to work cross-functionally within a growing organization (i.e., marketing, engineering, and leadership).
Values teamwork and is willing to collaborate closely with everyone on the team.
Open to feedback, takes it constructively, and implements changes quickly.
Possesses high integrity and is equally transparent about what isn't working as well as what is.
Experience with early-stage software.
A strong interest in technology, potentially evidenced by college awards or prior experience in a junior technical generalist role.
Demonstrated history of achieving President’s Club status and demonstrated ability to progress within a software company.
Our openings span more than one career level. The target salary for this role is $80,000 USD base/ $40K Bonus up to $120K OTE. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as location, work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.
