As we continue to scale our impact and expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Partnerships Lead to lead and shape our strategic partner ecosystem.

We are looking for an incredibly driven and ambitious individual to lead the development and execution of Fuse Energy’s partnership strategy, fostering relationships that unlock new growth opportunities, drive strategic value, and accelerate our mission to deliver clean energy solutions.

You’ll work collaboratively across departments, from renewable generation to retail operations, ensuring partnerships align with our ambitious goals and values. This is your opportunity to shape a high-impact function in a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing supplier and sales relationships in an entrepreneurial environment and will be willing to work at high intensity as part of our core team (ex-Revolut, Tesla, Citadel, & Jump Trading). You should have a very strong bias towards action, and feel comfortable generating and handling both outbound and inbound leads. You will be supporting our Finance team and wider organisation with commercial and sourcing strategy work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, vendors and industry leaders.
  • Proactively managing partnership performance, addressing challenges and seizing opportunities for growth and cost savings.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (operations, development, engineering, etc.) to ensure alignment of partnership initiatives and outcomes.
  • Highly structured approach to lead generation and management.
  • Represent Fuse at industry conferences and other relevant public events.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing complex partnerships at the senior level, with a highly commercial mindset.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalise on strategic opportunities.
  • A cost-aware mindset, with the ability to balance financial considerations with strategic objectives in partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
