Responsibilities
Identify priority market segments and define the customer journey
Develop digital marketing plans for the customer lifecycle
Orchestrate execution of marketing plans across teams
Define key operational metrics
Design A/B testing program
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
Represent the business in quarterly reviews with executives
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
Advanced degree or certifications in related fields (preferred)
