Skills

Strong software engineering background
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency in Node.js, React, Java
Knowledge of cloud architectures
Analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering leadership and product owners to understand requirements
Drive planning and execution of development plans
Provide hands-on technical leadership to development teams
Shape the delivery roadmaps and resource management
Ensure engineering excellence practices are observed

Education

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
