Skills

Customer support experience
Familiarity with CRM tools
Excel/Google sheets proficiency
Empathy in patient interactions
Strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

Handle day to day inbound emails from members
Proactively outreach to members for updates on treatment
Onboard new members in back-office systems
Process and reconcile clinic invoices
Communicate discrepancies with clinics or members

Education

Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience
