The Position:
The role sits on one of our product team's that is paving the way for all video experiences for Baseball and Softball in the GameChanger app. Providing a stable and feature rich streaming platform for coaches and parents, and a delightful viewing experience for those who can’t make it to the game, we are constantly improving what has quickly become a key part of what users love about GameChanger.
As an iOS Software Engineer, you will use modern tools to develop features in our native iOS application and across the stack. You will build engaging user-facing features by contributing your expertise, writing code, and making architectural decisions on a team of Product Managers, Designers, QA Analysts, and Engineers. You will report to one of our Product Engineering Managers.
What You'll Do:
Build features for video coverage, community engagement, fan experiences, and team management.
Work with peers on important decisions about how our applications are architected and built.
Team up with designers, testers, and product managers to find the best solutions for our customers.
Teach and learn with engineers across the company.
Engineer robust software solutions with a strong emphasis on high-quality development standards, ensuring reliability, and maintainability.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in iOS mobile app development.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality code and solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Comfort working in a cross-functional product team.
Bonus: Familiarity with streaming and video technology

The target salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $160,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
