    Job Description

    Gameloft Bucharest is looking for a Senior Communication professional to work closely with our production teams, executives and our external partners. This position requires coordination with internal department managers as well as external partners and agencies. As the Senior Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing all Communication and PR strategies for the studio.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, lead and execute internal and external communications plans based on the company’s communications initiatives;
    • Create and execute event plans within the studio and proactively promote them;
    • Create and execute plans for external events and sponsorship opportunities;
    • Create and implement our CSR communication strategy and act as our CSR Ambassador within our global CSR network;
    • Create external campaigns for brand awareness purposes timed with project launches;
    • Offer communication support in our relationship with local universities;
    • Learn to identify opportunities for coverage within target media, take advantage of social media opportunities;
    • Manage our social media pages according to the social media strategy;
    • Develop and enhance relationships with press and external partners;
    • Act as a speaker on behalf of the company at professional events;;
    • Provide support to leaders in communicating management strategy and engaging people across the
      studio;
    • Ensure all internal communications are clear, well timed, engaging, of high quality and consistent with the internal communication initiatives;
    • Constantly improving the employee engagement strategy;
    • Act as a bridge between employees and management regarding their needs;
    • Constant improvement of the employees’ benefits packages;
    • Work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the implementation of the internal, external and CSR communication plans;
    • Work closely with the support departments to ensure that all communications and events are implemented following the company’s policies.
    • Work with the Regional Communication Director and Studio Manager to establish the yearly communication and events plan;
    • Manage the PR & communication budget efficiently and cost-effectively;
    • Creatively execute tasks and push boundaries to achieve new goals.

    Qualifications

    Relevant Experience

    • 3 years’ experience in an Employer Branding/PR/Communications role;
    • Experience in the games, entertainment, technology industry is an advantage;
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or other relevant training;
    • Extensive experience of leading internal and external communications initiatives.

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Demonstrable understanding of Corporate Communications, Internal Communications & Event management;
    • Excellent initiative and proactive attitude;
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English;
    • Strong project management skills;
    • Passion for social media and able to demonstrate knowledge of current and future
      trends;
    • Strong ability to manage tasks and projects from concept through to completion;
    • Remains focused, motivated and effective on all tasks through completion;
    • Able to rapidly adjust to changes.
