Responsibilities• Advise the government on IC Human Capital policy and budgetary concerns• Review proposed and enacted legislation, federal regulations, Intelligence Community Directives, Consolidated Intelligence Guidance, and other documents for Human Capital equities; write corresponding assessments, recommendations, and/or implementation plans as necessary• Draft responses to congressional and Director of National Intelligence taskings, including congressionally-directed actions• Meet often short-term deadlines for high-priority taskings• Guide development of and draft IC Human Capital policy materials; coordinate materials with government stakeholders for review• Conduct human resources research to identify trends, best practices, etc. across government, private sector, and academia; write a variety of products as needed to convey findings, such as newsletters, executive summaries, briefing slides, or white papers• Provide written and oral briefings on IC Human Capital topics to senior leaders• Collaborate with all 18 IC elements on strategic workforce planningQualifications• Requires BA/BS and 18+ years of experience or a master's and 10 years of experience• Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph• Demonstrated expertise with workforce planning and strategy development to align with government mission, vision, objectives, and priorities• Extensive experience with congressional taskings and human capital policy development• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Exemplary organizational skills• Previous experience as policy advisor to government• Proficiency with MS Office ToolsDesired:• ODNI experience• Familiarity with NCERTS tracking system• Experience writing Staff Summary Forms• Experience working with an USG agency's general counsel office• Experience developing or contributing to USG budget process and/or working on the Congressional Budget Justification Book• Experience working with Capitol HillPeraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and eligible to participate in an attractive bonus plan.Peraton OverviewPeraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy.
