Lead Graphic Designer

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping and stewarding the complete brand experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that elevate the brand.

Skills

3-5 years experience as Sr./Lead Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and creative tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Keen eye for detail and problem-solving through design

Responsibilities

Play a key role in the development of the brand identity
Iterate on brand evolution based on feedback and insights
Balance hands-on design with providing creative direction
Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Mentor and inspire junior team members
Manage multiple projects and ensure high-quality deliverables
