Senior Product Manager - AI/Virtual Assistant

This is your chance: we are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our next generation virtual assistant solution. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping a user-centric, AI-powered virtual assistant that seamlessly integrates with our suite of... products. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between sophisticated AI technology and a seamless, intuitive user experience. In addition, this senior level individual role will play a pivotal part in leveraging conversational platforms and ensure a cohesive and intelligent user experience across all touchpoints. Your ability to envision and execute a unified, cross-channel conversational strategy will be key in elevating our customer engagement to new heights. The ideal candidate is excellent at: • Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and conversational design principles. • Leading cross-functional teams to build AI-driven products. • Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and UX designers to ensure the chatbot delivers personalized, context-aware interactions that drive engagement and satisfaction. • Working with NLP/NLU and generative AI utilizing LLMs • Building products across the lifecycle: from vision, strategy, prioritization to user research, UX/UI, roadmap, analytics, agile delivery and go to market. • Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders (both internal and external) and the ability to manage expectations and requirements from different parts of the organization. • Combining a customer-centric approach with data-driven decision making • Understanding of current and future state tech architecture. • Coaching and mentoring other Product Managers. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in Product Management • 5+ years managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery • 5+ years leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery • 3+ years of experience building and shipping technical products Annual Salary $128,000.00 - $224,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
