Associate Director, IT Risk
Gemini, a global crypto platform, is looking for an Associate Director, IT Risk to join their Risk department. The role involves identifying and mitigating technology risks and collaborating across IT stakeholders and the Risk Management department.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of IT risk, Cybersecurity, Network risk, operational risk
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and prioritize technology risks
- Develop and oversee Technology Risk Management Framework
- Analyze business and technology processes
- Promote development of educational guidance to Technology personnel
- Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards
Education
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Security, Risk Management, Business Administration)
