Lead Technical Recruiter
Gemini, a global crypto and Web3 platform, is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiter to play a key role in strategic growth of Technology teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in building candidate and prospect relationships through sourcing, managing exceptional candidates, and driving metrics.

- Ability to act swiftly under pressure
Responsibilities
- Recruit active and passive candidates across multiple technology-related searches
- Proactively identify and assess talent using creative sourcing methodologies
- Manage prospects, build robust candidate pipelines, and provide data-driven recommendations
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high level of customer service
- Offer suggestions and improvements to work processes
