Senior Accountant
Gemini, a global crypto and Web3 platform, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their Financial Operations and Accounting Teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, SEC financial reporting, and a commitment to learn.

Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly and annual GAAP financial statements and associated notes
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for CAO and CFO consumption
- Document and implement accounting policies in-line with latest GAAP and SEC Reg S-X requirements
- Support automation efforts and general ledger upgrades
- Manage external relationships with audit professionals, consultants, and tax advisors
Education
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, economics, finance or related field
- CPA or equivalent license
