Skills

Strong organizational skills
Understanding of relevant rules and regulations for lending products
Proficiency with cross-collaboration
Experience in credit card, consumer lending, or financial regulatory compliance industry
Data querying and visualization tools

Responsibilities

Develop and lead Compliance Testing & Monitoring program
Partner with business stakeholders on regulatory requirements
Manage compliance issue framework and remediation
Prepare and present data-driven reports on key risk indicators
Support day-to-day compliance operations for credit card product line

Education

Bachelor's degree
CRCM or similar industry-recognized compliance certification(s) preferred
