About HMGMA
HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
[Meeting Management]
- Provide administrative support to department with office related tasks and requests.
- Schedule and coordinate inter-department and inter-division meetings.
- Prepare reports and approvals for the department.
[Attendance Management]
- Serve as Time Administrator
- Review and audit time entry data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Enter data in SAP system.
- Generate internal management reports from SAP analyze the date as needed.
- Audit and approve time for temporary workers.
[Financial Management]
- Assist in tracking of department budgets.
- Manage the investment cost for new vehicle development and equipment enhancement.
- Monitor monthly budget status; process all Purchase Requests (“PR”) and Invoices for payment.
[Document Management]
- Serve as document administrator for the Business Management System (BMS)
- Review, revise, and approve documents in standard document template.
- Process changes to standard work instruction sheet documents for GA Production in standard document template
- Provide standard document template training to Team Members in GA as necessary.
- Maintain department files and personnel records including organizational charts, status change forms, etc.
[Others]
- Maintain inventory of office supplies; order office supplies using appropriate guidelines and systems
- Perform clerical duties such as answering telephones, distributing incoming office mail, and assisting visitors.
- Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Qualifications & Preferences
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent or equivalent desired
- (Other) No reason for disqualification for overseas travel or stay.
- Skills/Knowledge: Exceptional MS Word / Excel / Power-point, MS outlook
Preferred:
- Regular meeting management and subsequent task monitoring
- Experience in project manager of new vehicle launching.
- Experience in managing and analyzing overall personnel resources within the department.
- Up to 2~4 years of job-related experience in an engineering/industrial environment
- Good communication skills and excellent Servant leadership skills
Travel Requirement
· Domestic / International travel required.
