GENERAL LABOR - 2nd Shift, Riverside

This is a 2nd Shift position:

Normal hours are Monday-Thursday 5pm - 1:30am and Friday 4pm-8pm

The General Laborer’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: lifting up to 50lbs over 8 hours of continuous repetitive motion. Must have knowledge in reading basic measurements.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and arrange work to meet production requirements.
• Pick sort, organize, load, and label doors, ranging in size based on work order form.
• Perform quality checks by using measuring devices such as tape measures and measuring tables.
• Load/unload doors weighing 40 to 50 lbs. into trailers, adding cardboard protectors to the product.
• Palletize and prepare doors for delivery based on the shipping destination.
• Work both individually and as a team member
• Willing and able to cross-train on other aspects of the production process.
• Perform essential housekeeping duties.
• Communicate with management and maintenance, verbally or through work orders, with specific problems that may affect safety, quality, and productivity.
• Previous experience using a forklift and pulling orders.
