Plant Admin-St. Charles Plant:
The St. Charles plant is one of two recently acquired TNT pizza crust locations. It is located in a newer facility in the St. Louis suburbs of St. Charles County. We operate in a dynamic business environment with lots of current investment and growth. The St. Charles plant has become a strategic and critical plant to the North American Food segment.
OVERVIEW:
The Plant Admin will play an integral role coordinating plant-wide activities and events, supporting hiring and orientation, along with supporting additional plant or HR processes. Role will provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and HR Manager and their departments. This position reports directly to the HR Manager and must be willing to flex work hours to meet business requirements as appropriate. Core hours are expected to be from 8am to 4pm, with 40hour/week work schedule, Monday-Friday. When plant-wide events require working outside of those hours, person needs to have flexibility to accommodate.

Answer questions of visitors at front desk

Assist with Employee Files maintenance

Assist with Annual Records retention room audits & clean-up

Point of contact & PO approval for vending company

Ensure adherence to all plant safety and food safety policies

Sort mail/mailbox updates, packages, etc

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma

Display a high level of integrity
