Facility Manager

Onset Financial of St. George, UT, is seeking to hire a talented Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and security of our St. George location. As our Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Working with both physical and digital infrastructure
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Arrange contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscape, security, and other services
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards
• Review utility consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Investigating and resolving property complaints
• Maintain and oversee all installations (telecommunications, computer workstations, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments
• Maintain server technologies for in-office and remote end users
• Troubleshoot Windows/Mac computers, VOIP phones, and other technology
• Assisting software developers with integration
• Maintain a professional work ethic and conduct

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to shifting tasks and responsibilities with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with installation and troubleshooting of Windows operating system-Familiarity with Mac is a plus
• Working knowledge of troubleshooting process-CompTIA+ certification is a plus
• Work experience in IT is preferred but not required
• Education in IT is preferred but not required
• Experience with any of the following: Windows Server, Exchange Server, Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Networking equipment, Firewalls, Hyper-V, Linux, VNC, and VoIP software

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position will work in-office at our St. George location.
