When you join our employee-owned company, you’ll be part of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) from day one. That means in addition to an 8% 401(k), Schreiber will contribute an extra amount into the ESOP – about 10% of your earnings – toward your retirement every year. That’s a company contribution of around 18% in retirement savings annually!
Does your retirement account need a boost? Our 8% 401(k) match is one of the best you can find. Plus, Schreiber contributes an additional retirement benefit that’s averaged 10% the past five years. If you max out your match, this brings your total retirement benefit to about 18% of your earnings each year – that’s hard to beat.
Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits: a 401(k) plan, plus an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). That’s not something many companies offer.
An 8% 401(k) match + company ownership contribution = a total retirement benefit of about 18% of your earnings every year!
Join a company that contributes up to about 18% of your earnings to your retirement every year.

-
Wellness programs. From weight loss and tobacco cessation programs to cancer screenings and gym membership discounts, we offer many wellness resources to help our people and their families live longer, healthier lives.
