Inver Grove Heights, MN.Genesis10 is seeking a UX Designer for a contract with our client. 100% Remote.Job Description:Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior User Experience (UX) Specialist to join their growing UX Center of Excellence within their Information Technology group. This role will provide crucial support for our IT Digital team and help shape the future of our digital products.About the Role: As a Senior UX Specialist, you will be responsible for creating seamless, intuitive, creative, and effective user experiences across our entire product portfolio. You will lead the development of innovative and functional "end-to-end" experiences and interfaces for various personas, aligning with our digital transformation strategy. Your focus will extend beyond product and feature design to encompass the entire user journey in their business interactions with our enterprise.Key Responsibilities:• Define user experiences for digital products and online applications through wireframes, prototypes, page/task flow designs, and navigation/information architecture• Analyze complex problems and develop creative, forward-thinking solutions• Ensure designs adhere to usability standards, accessibility compliance, and industry best practices• Collaborate with business product owners and digital and IT engineers to deliver compelling designs• Use data and testing methods to identify and implement UX improvements• Conduct user research, including interviews, heuristic evaluations, and usability tests• Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams• Develop and advocate for sound UX approaches across the organization• Maintain and promote a strong safety cultureQualifications:• 4+ years of experience designing and leading user interface design for web and mobile app customer-facing portals• Proficiency in user-centered design principles• Experience in developing prototypes and participating in innovation exercises• Expertise in visual design• Experience implementing UX/UI standards in large complex ecosystems• Knowledge of accessibility factors (ADA, Section 508, WCAG 2.0 AA)• Proficiency with design tools, such as Figma• Experience designing for Mobile and/or Responsive Web• Proficient with CSS, HTML, and JavaScriptPreferred Qualifications:• 7+ years of relevant experience• Familiarity with Material Design and Angular• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework• Experience in the Agriculture industryCompensation:Hourly W2 pay rate $70.00-$83.00We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
