You will be tasked with maintaining accurate client records, preparing essential legal documents, and organizing digital files to help our legal team operate seamlessly. We are seeking a seasoned professional who understands legal terminology and can process documents confidently. Your advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal case management systems will be pivotal in adapting quickly to our processes. You won’t just be entering data—you will establish systems to ensure 99.9% accuracy in your work. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are a must as you’ll often draft correspondence and interpret complex instructions. This position offers competitive compensation ranging between $1,000 and $1,500 per month, depending on your experience, as well as a consistent work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
