💎 The Opportunity: We're seeking a talented Director of Recruitment on a full-time basis to join our premier staffing company in a long-term, rewarding role with growth potential. We are an established staffing company providing comprehensive IT and engineering staffing solutions to Fortune 500 companies through our three Delivery Centers across the United States.

  • Location: Remote
  • Schedule: PST
  • Experience: At least 5 years experience as a technical recruitment team leader

🎯 Your Goal: As Director of Recruitment, you will lead our recruitment strategy, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence. You will build efficient processes, ensure quality service delivery, and develop high-performing teams. Your day will involve coaching recruiters, optimizing operations, and maintaining strong client partnerships.
