Role:
We’re seeking a proactive Senior Marketing Associate to lead and support marketing initiatives that amplify brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital and offline channels. In this role, you’ll create and manage content for websites, social media, campaigns, and events, utilising data insights to sharpen marketing impact. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll uphold brand consistency and enhance the customer experience with targeted, effective communication.
What You’ll Do:
Website Management: Keep website content current with campaigns and promotions, monitor performance, and suggest improvements for user experience.
Social Media Management: Develop and schedule posts across social platforms, monitor engagement, and grow brand presence.
Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and analyse campaigns to drive engagement, brand visibility, and generate quality leads.
Lead Generation: Develop targeted strategies to attract and convert leads, fine-tuning approaches to support overall growth.
Event Coordination: Organise and manage webinars, trade shows, and live events, ensuring all materials meet brand standards.
Content Creation & Analysis: Produce and manage content such as blog posts, infographics, and newsletters; analyse performance data to refine content strategy.
Who You Are:
Content Creation Skills: Skilled in creating clear, engaging content across multiple formats, with strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Sprout Social, Google Ads).
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Proficient in SEO, PPC, and social media trends, with a solid grasp of online metrics to support lead-generation goals.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven, able to measure campaign effectiveness and track lead generation performance, making informed decisions to optimise results.
Lead Generation Focus: Experienced in strategies that drive lead generation, with a strong understanding of converting engagement into actionable business leads.
Event Management Experience: Experience in planning and supporting event logistics and promotional activities.
Project Management: Organised with excellent multitasking skills and a strong ability to meet deadlines.
Technical / Professional Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing or relevant experience
Knowledge or experience in Life Sciences is highly valued
Certification or hands-on experience in SEO, Google Analytics, or social media
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and basic HTML/CSS
Competency with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, HubSpot)
Understanding of web design and user experience principles
Nice to Have:
UX/UI knowledge
Experience with video content creation or video editing tools
