The Role


As a Senior Product Manager at GeoComply, you will be pivotal in optimizing product-market fit and guiding our technical teams to execute accordingly. You'll be deeply embedded within the on-property casino landscape, building upon your industry network and driving the Cashless and Casino product roadmap. With Nevada as your home base and frequent travel to various casino regions, the role requires frequent on-site visits to support new and existing partnerships with prospective clients. Your ability to interpret customer requests into detailed technical specifications across hardware and digital products will be essential to your success. You'll have the chance to collaborate closely with the industry’s best geolocation software and hardware engineering teams alongside key stakeholders to shape and deliver top-notch features for our esteemed customers within the gaming industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer pain points, leveraging your expertise and providing insights and recommendations on product selection and implementation strategies to drive maximum ROI and customer satisfaction.
  • Translate high-level concepts into meticulously crafted features, designing innovative solutions that align with operational requirements.
  • Assist with end-to-end product development lifecycle, including project management and roadmap execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements, effectively communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key organizational stakeholders, contributing actively to the company's vision and strategic goals.
  • Drive product innovation and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, on-site evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Visit existing and prospective customers, predominantly within the casino environment, engaging with them, gathering feedback, and refining the user experience.


Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as Product Manager, specifically within the gaming industry.
  • Sound understanding of regulatory and technical compliance in the gaming industry.
  • Sound knowledge of cashless mobile applications.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand hardware, beacons, Bluetooth, signals and wireless signals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work with distributed teams and willingness to engage in International travel.


Bonus Points
  • Proficiency in core technologies including Bluetooth, BLE, UWB, and GPS.
  • Experience in driving product roadmaps, particularly within the realm of cashless payments and indoor geolocation solutions, is highly desirable.


$128,000 - $176,000 a year
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several Global markets. The salary for this position ranges from $128,000/year up to $176,000/year. Pay is based on several factors evaluated throughout the interview, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At GeoComply, our salary bands are crafted with purpose.
